At Metal Roofing Screws, we want to ensure your construction project is a success by offering a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened hardware. If you ordered the wrong size or color for your roofing application, we are here to help you find the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Hardware

  Place the unused fasteners in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely taped to prevent any damage or loss of screws during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
